Fiona currently works with the Australian Overseas Foundation and operates a consultancy supporting not-for-profit organisations to strengthen governance, develop sustainable funding models and expand their impact. In recognition of her contribution to the VET sector, Fiona was appointed in 2021 to the National Careers Institute Advisory Board.
